Cohere is on a mission to redefine customer success by letting anyone see what their users are seeing and engage with them face-to-face. Our goal is to make it ridiculously easy for companies to solve customer issues, and to drastically minimize the time it takes to interact with a customer. Hundreds of companies – from small startups to large enterprises – rely on our technology to serve and engage with their customers.
We've raised $3.1 million from top investors, including Initialized Capital, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Shrug Capital, Chapter One, and Soma Capital, as well as 30+ angel investors, including the founders of Plaid, Rippling, Better, Ramp, Superhuman, Opendoor, Lattice.
Our team consists of experienced engineers from Facebook, Amazon, Capital One and Nuro, and early employees at Ramp and Superhuman.
